At Honey Swim, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in your swimwear. If your order isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn items with original tags and hygiene liners intact.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective liners and tags are attached, and include your packing slip inside.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off & Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
